1. While on ITU premises, connect to ITU's network via ITU wifi (with your ITU or personal devices. Click here for instructions). Then, open the PressReader app on your mobile device (see instructions at top of page). |

2. Once authenticated, a welcome message will be displayed. Next, tap on Select Publication to begin browsing the PressReader publication catalogue. |

Look for the green coffee cup at the bottom of your screen – this indicates that you are connected to a PressReader HotSpot and that your device has been authenticated.

From the PressReader app homepage, you can browse and search for publications to read (instructions for browsing/reading publications are available in the section "Find and read publications". |

2. Tap on Libraries & Groups button. | |
3. Tap on the Select Library or Group dropdown menu. |

4. If ITU Library isn’t displayed on the screen that appears, type “International Telecommunication” into the search box.
Then tap the “ITU – International Telecommunication Union” badge that appears. |

5. Tap the Sign in button. | |
6. The Microsoft login page will open. Enter your @itu.int email address and then password. Click on Sign in. Enter the authentication code if required. |

7. Tapping on the link in the dropdown menu will bring you back to PressReader app homepage. From there you can browse and search for publications to read (instructions for browsing/reading publications are available in the section "Find and read publications". |
1. There are a number of ways to browse or search for newspapers and magazines in the PressReader app.

Then tap on the desired category from the list that is displayed. |

Titles of magazines and newspapers for that category will appear. Tap on a publication cover to open it and start reading. | |
A selection of publications, interests, and articles will appear below the search box. |

2. Start reading by tapping on a publication cover, topic, or article title. Then tap on the Read button. |

3. Tap on an article title – highlighted in green – to read the article in text view rather than in newspaper layout. |
With the PressReader app, you can download content from PressReader for offline reading.
1. Tap on the arrow next to a publication cover to download it. | |
2. Tap on Downloaded at the bottom of the screen to see your downloaded publications. Tap on a cover to begin reading. | |
Most publications will remain in your collection indefinitely if you have not chosen a specific auto-removal option through PressReader's settings. A small number of publishers have placed offline storage restrictions on specific publications. These will be automatically removed from your library after a period of time. |
