During the COVID-19 crisis, many publishers are making their content temporarily available for free on their platforms. Use the links provided on this page to discover and access a variety of eResources including eBooks, journals, and newspapers.

ITU Library will regularly update the following list as further eResources become available.

Extended access to Ebook Central’s collection of eBooks, which covers a wide variety of topics including ICTs and telecommunication, engineering, business and management, languages, social science, and philosophy. ITU Library recommends creating a personal account which allows users to download eBooks to a personal device. Once downloaded, eBooks will be accessible on the device for 21 days without VPN or Remote Desktop connection.

Remote access on any device is available with a personal Taylor & Francis Online account. To create a personal account, connect to Taylor & Francis Online using the ITU VPN, then register for an account. Once registered, the user will have full access to all ITU Library’s Taylor & Francis content on any device for the next 90 days as long as they are logged-in to their personal account (no need to connect via VPN/Remote Desktop). A new 90-day period of access can be established at any point by reconnecting to the platform via the ITU VPN.
